Bananas as fruit are very healthy because of potassium and magnesium, but there is the other side – it is very caloric and recommended for people working in a gym or sportsmen, who have to gain muscles.

Banana bread recipe (simple and basic)
3 or 4 bananas
1/3 glass of melted butter
¾ glass of sugar
1 spoon of vanilla
1 spoon of soda
Pinch of salt
1,5 glass of wheat flour
In this recipe you don’t have to use a blender. In a big bowl mix mashed bananas with melted butter. Add sugar, an egg and vanilla, then add flour, soda and salt. Mix it up. Put it into a baking tray (measurements: 10×20 centimeters) and bake it in the oven heated to 170 Celsius degrees until it turns gold.
