Green Smoothie Recipe – Smooth Your Body!

First of all green smoothies look incredible. They are based mainly on spinach, that is the reason why their color is very intensive. Even if you do not like spinach, you should not be worry. There are other ingredients which make green smoothie recipe tasty. Beside spinach you can add oranges, bananas, apples, it all depends on what you like.

Once you get used to weird consistency of the smoothie, you will not find nothing unusual about it. Green smoothies are really popular among vegetarians, but it does not mean that they are available only for non-meet eaters. The most important thing is that they are probably the healthiest snacks that are known till today. Beside you can see how many green vegetables and fruit  you can use to make this delicious smoothie – cucumbers, papayas, avocados, celery or even mint.

Ingredients:

  • 1 stalk of celery peeled from fibres
  • 10 centimeters of peeled cucumber
  • A handful of spinach or salad mix
  • 1 kiwi
  • ¼ of peeled avocado
  • 1 spoon of bran
  • 2 incomplete glasses of water

Directions:

It is very simple – Mix it all with blender and drink a glass of fresh and healthy juice. Enjoy!
