Acai berry is available as a juice, powder or frozen puree. It mixes well with fruit such as strawberries, blackberries, cranberries, raspberries and pomegranates. Acai with Strawberry and Blueberry Smoothie

½ cup of strawberries
½ cup of frozen blueberries
100 gram of frozen acai berries puree / 1 ounce of acai juice
2 bananas
4 – 5 ounces of water
Blend all the ingredients for about 30 seconds, to get a creamy smoothie!

Since acai berry diet has lots of supporters all over the world, the number of acai scams seems to be growing. It is not advised to buy acai products online, not only due to fake supplements, but also because there are lots of people whose credit cards have been charged after they signed up for a free trial. It is much better to purchase acai products at health food stores or at one trusted company.

    This smoothie with Acai berry looks very healthy and delicious. It is very good for weight loss. Acai is a super food packed with nutritions. I will add this recipe to my diet plan for weight loss.
